Step 1

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or broiler.

Zucchini

Step 2

Wash & finely slice or shave the zucchini.

Apricots (fresh)

Step 3

Wash the apricot. Slice it into wedges, cutting around the pit.

Basil (fresh)
Hummus
Almonds (sliced)

Step 4

Place the toasted bread on a serving plate. Spread hummus over the bread. Top with the zucchini & apricot. Garnish with sliced almonds & chopped basil.

Step 5

Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
