Sweet potato fries
Black bean burger

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or foil, add the sweet potato fries & black bean burger. Cook the burger & sweet potato fries according to the package directions, about 20 min.

Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce

Step 2

Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha.

Tomato (beefsteak)
Red onion

Step 3

Wash & thinly slice the tomato (optional). Peel & thinly slice the red onion (optional).

Burger bun (brioche)

Step 4

In the last 5 min of cooking the burger & fries, add the burger bun to the sheet pan to toast it.

Bibb lettuce

Step 5

Remove the sheet tray from the oven & assemble the burger with the lettuce, tomato, red onion & sriracha-mayo. Serve any additional sriracha-mayo on the side. Enjoy!
