Pan fry the chicken cutlets according to the package instructions.
Slice the cooked chicken.
Wash & quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the salad greens in a serving bowl. Top with the cherry tomatoes, chicken & shredded or shaved parmesan. Season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze & olive oil. Serve & enjoy!
