Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash & trim the asparagus. Slice off the bottom third of the stalks.

Slice the asparagus in half lengthwise, then crosswise.

Egg

Step 3

Grease a baking dish. Gently crack the eggs into the dish.

Peas (frozen)
Asparagus (fresh)
Cream cheese

Step 4

Arrange the peas around the eggs. Add dollops of cream cheese. Lay the asparagus in the dish.

Step 5

Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil. Bake for 15 min at 375°F.

White bread (sliced)

Step 6

Toast the slices of bread in a pan or toaster.

Step 7

Remove the dish from the oven. Dip the toast in the creamy eggs. Enjoy!
