Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 1

Crush the tomatoes in a bowl with a fork or your hands.

Peel & mince the onion.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions. Cook, stirring for 3 min.

Step 4

Add the tomatoes & their juices. Cook for 2 more min. Add the vegetable stock. Stir to combine.

Pasta (alphabet)

Step 5

Add the pasta & cook for 8 min. Stir occasionally to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Step 6

Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
