Air Fryer, Knife, Food processor

Salmon (fresh)

Step 1

Remove the skin from the salmon if needed. Cut the salmon into 2 inch pieces. Add the cut salmon to a food processor & pulse to blend until the salmon is well ground.

Spicy mayo
Bread crumbs (panko)

Step 2

Add the salmon to a mixing bowl with half of the spicy mayo & breadcrumbs. Season with salt & pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cooking spray

Step 3

Spray hands lightly with cooking spray. Form salmon burger patties about 1 inch thick and 3 inches wide.

Step 4

Line the basket of an air fryer with parchment paper. Add the salmon burgers to the basket & air fry for 6-8 min on 350ºF.

Avocado

Step 5

Meanwhile, peel & thinly slice the avocado.

Tomato

Step 6

Wash & thinly slice the tomato.

Step 7

Flip the salmon burgers & air fry for another 5-6 min or until the salmon burgers are fully cooked.

Burger bun
Bibb lettuce

Step 8

Spread the remaining spicy mayo on each side of the burger bun. Assemble the burger with the lettuce, tomato, salmon burger & sliced avocado. Serve with chips & a pickle if desired. Enjoy!
