Make sure you have...
Knife, Air fryer
Step 1
Remove the thick stem & green leaves from the cauliflower. Halve the cauliflower & cut the head into florets. You can also break apart the florets with your fingers!
Step 2
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil. Add the cauliflower florets, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Cook at 400°F for 15-20 min, until golden.
Step 3
Remove the basket & pour in buffalo sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the basket back in the fryer & cook at 400°F for 10-15 more min or until tender & crispy on the edges.
Step 4
Serve the crispy cauliflower bites with blue cheese dressing & celery sticks (both optional). Enjoy!
Cook times may vary depending on how much cauliflower you use & what type of air fryer you have! Adjust accordingly for a delicious snack!
