Pot (small), Stovetop, Knife
Step 1
Peel & slice the carrot into thin rounds.
Step 2
Trim the dark green & root of the leek. Wash & thinly slice the rest of the leek.
Step 3
Clean & slice the mushrooms.
Step 4
Melt a dab of butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the veggies. Sauté for 5 min.
Step 5
Add the shrimp, cream & a drizzle of water. Season with salt & pepper. Stir it all together. Reduce the heat to low & simmer for 5 min.
Step 6
Serve with a squeeze of lemon & rice (optional).
