Stovetop, Pot (small), Frying pan, Peeler, Knife

Potato

Step 1

If using frozen salmon, defrost beforehand. Peel & cube the potatoes.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes. Cook for 15 min, or until fork-tender.

Leeks

Step 3

Trim the stem & green leaves from the leek. Wash & slice the leek into rings.

Melt a pat of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the leeks. Sauté for 2-3 min, or until lightly browned.

Step 5

Add a splash of water & stir.

Salmon (fresh)
Corn (frozen)

Step 6

Add the corn & the salmon. Cook the salmon for 2 min on each side, while you regularly stir the corn & leeks.

Potato

Step 7

Drain the potatoes. Mash them with salt, pepper & a pat of butter.

Serve the salmon, corn, leeks & sauce over the creamy potatoes. Dinner's served!
