I'll just eat one garlic parm chicken wing...said no one ever!!
Make sure you have...
Oven, Sheet Tray, Aluminum foil, Knife
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. If using fresh thyme, hold the top of the sprig with one hand. Use your other hand to pinch & slide those fingers down the stem, pulling off the leaves as you go.
Step 2
Line a sheet tray with foil. Add the chicken wings. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & thyme. Add a drizzle of olive oil & mix everything together so the wings are evenly coated. Spread the wings in an even layer & roast in the oven for 20 min.
Step 3
While the wings roast, peel & mince the fresh garlic.
Step 4
Remove the wings from the oven & add parmesan cheese & minced garlic. Bake in the oven for another 15 min, until the garlic is roasted & wings are crispy.
Step 5
Serve the wings with Caesar dressing for dipping & more parm if you wish! Enjoy!
