Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for 10 min.

Black olives (pitted)

Step 2

Meanwhile, halve the olives lengthwise. Save one of the halves per egg, to form the bodies of the spiders. Cut the other halves into thin strips to make the spider legs.

Step 3

Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them directly to a bowl of iced water to cool. Peel the eggs.

Step 4

Cut the egg in half lengthwise. Transfer the yolks to a bowl.

Mayonnaise

Step 5

Mash the egg yolks using a fork. Add the mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Mix until well-combined.

Step 6

Scoop the yolk mixture into the hollow of the egg whites.

Step 7

Arrange the olive halves in the center of the egg. Add 4 thin slices on each side of the body to form the legs. Serve & enjoy!
