Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a bit of pasta water & set it aside. Thaw the veggies in the microwave for 2-3 mins.

Butter
Broccoli (frozen)
Spinach (frozen)

Step 2

Drain the pasta & add it back to the pot. On low heat, add the butter, broccoli & spinach. Stir & cook until the veggies warm through, about 2 mins.

Heavy cream
Parmesan (grated)
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 3

Add the heavy cream, parmesan, mozzarella cheese & a splash of the reserved pasta water to the pot. Stir & cook until the cheese is fully melted, about 2 mins. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
