A flatbread so cheesy & flavorful you won't want to share! : - )
Oven, Stovetop, Sheet Tray, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Season one side with salt & pepper. Place the seasoned side down on the pan. Season the other side. Cook undisturbed, 8 min per side, or until fully cooked.
Step 2
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper (optional). Add the pre-cooked flatbread & heat in the oven for 5 min.
Step 3
Thinly slice green onion on an angle.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the heat. Transfer to a cutting board. Rest for 2-3 min, then thinly slice.
Step 5
Remove the flatbread from the oven & spread on an even layer of bbq sauce. Top with sliced chicken & a few more dollops of bbq sauce. Sprinkle cheddar cheese all over & return to the oven. Bake 10-15 min, until the cheese is melty & crust is crisp.
Step 6
Drizzle ranch on the flatbread. Garnish with pickled jalapeños & sliced green onion.
Step 7
Slice the flatbread & serve hot! Enjoy!
