Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the brie in a covered dish for 10 min.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole baby potatoes. Cook for 10-15 min, or until fork-tender. Drain & set aside.
Step 3
Remove the brie from the oven. Serve it alongside the potatoes.
Step 4
Cut off the top rind of the brie. Dip the potatoes into the melted cheese. Yum!
