Step 1

Clean the potato & use a fork to prick several holes around the skin.

Step 2

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket with the rack. Air fry for 40-50 min at 400°F, turning them halfway through.

Shallot

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel & finely chop the shallots.

Chives (fresh)

Step 4

Wash & mince the chives, if you have any.

Sour cream
Lemon

Step 5

Prepare the tartar sauce. In a bowl, add : the sour cream, shallots, minced chives, lemon juice & zest. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.

Step 6

Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. Slice them 3/4 of the way down the center.

Smoked salmon
Spring mix lettuce

Step 7

Garnish the potatoes with the tartar sauce & smoked salmon torn into pieces. Serve the Smoked Salmon Air Fryer Baked Potatoes on a plate with the lettuce dressed to your liking. Top with extra chives & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
