Step 1

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or broiler.

Zucchini

Step 2

Wash & finely slice or shave the zucchini.

Apricots (fresh)

Step 3

Wash the apricot. Slice it into wedges, cutting around the pit.

Step 4
