Sun-dried tomato pesto

Step 1

In a bowl, add: the goat's cheese & sun-dried tomato pesto. Mix with a fork.

Flour tortilla (large)
Turkey (deli slices)
Romaine lettuce

Step 2

Spread the cheese / pesto mix over each tortilla. Layer on the turkey deli slices & lettuce leaves.

Step 3

Fold both edges of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly. Cut it in half, if desired & enjoy!
