Tomato (beefsteak)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F or according to sweet potato fries package instructions. Wash & thinly slice the tomato.

Mayonnaise
Pickle relish
Ketchup

Step 2

In a small bowl combine mayo, pickle relish & ketchup. Mix well to combine.

Sweet potato fries

Step 3

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Spread the sweet potato fries in an even layer & cook in the oven according to package instructions, about 15-20 min.

Olive oil
Turkey (ground)

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil on a grill pan over medium-high heat. Form flat, round patties out of the ground turkey. Add the patties to the grill pan. Season all over with salt & pepper. Cook undisturbed, 5 min per side.

Burger buns

Step 5

Toast the bun, cut-side down, on the same pan.

Sweet potato fries

Step 6

Remove the crispy fries from the oven.

Assemble the burger! Spread special sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Add lettuce, tomato & the turkey burger. Add another dollop of sauce & the top bun. Serve the burger with crispy sweet potato fries & enjoy!
