Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the tomato paste over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Mozzarella (fresh)
Blue cheese

Step 2

Arrange the cheeses (torn, shredded or crumbled) evenly over the tomato paste. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Step 3

When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Slice & enjoy!
