Egg noodles

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain & set aside.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.

Red bell pepper

Step 3

Wash the pepper & remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into slices.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli & bell pepper.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 5

Add the minced garlic & ginger (optional).

Add a splash of water. Stir it all together. Cover & cook for 5 min.

Soy sauce

Step 7

Cut the chicken into pieces. Uncover the pan. Add the chicken & soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 5 min.

Add the noodles. Cook, stirring for 2 min.

Sesame seeds

Step 9

Serve garnished with sesame seeds (optional).
