Step 1

Peel & chop the onion & garlic.

Carrots (shredded)

Step 2

Measure out the grated carrots. (Note: grated carrots cook faster!)

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the carrots, onion & garlic. Sauté for 3 min.

Ground beef

Step 4

Add the ground beef. Cook for 3 min, while breaking it apart with a spatula.

Oregano (dried)
Tomato purée

Step 5

Add the tomato purée & oregano (optional). Reduce the heat to low & simmer for 5 min.

Pasta (spaghetti)

Step 6

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.

Step 7

Drain the pasta & add it to the sauce. Mix it all together.

Parmesan (grated)
Oregano (dried)

Step 8

Serve the meaty pasta garnished with parmesan cheese & more oregano (optional). Buon appetito!
