Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
While the rice is cooking, cut the pork into large pieces.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork. Cook, stirring for 1 min.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar & grated or minced ginger. Stir together.
Step 5
Cook the pork in the sauce for 2 min, or until done to your liking. Then remove the pork from the pan. Raise the heat & deglaze the pan with a drizzle of water. Stir the sauce as it bubbles.
Step 6
Serve the pork over the fluffed rice. Pour the soy glaze over top. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
