Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Grater, Pot (small), Knife
Step 1
Slice off the bottom of the cabbage stem. Wash & roughly chop the cabbage leaves.
Step 2
Peel & mince the garlic. Roughly chop the bacon. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the bacon & garlic. Sauté for 2 min.
Step 3
Add the cabbage & stir.
Step 4
Add enough water to cover.
Step 5
Season with salt & pepper. Bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 15 min.
Step 6
Add the drained beans. Cover & cook for 5 min.
Step 7
Season with salt & pepper.
Step 8
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil. Yum!
