You'll want to have BBQs all year round with this super easy slow cooker recipe!

Step 1
Halve & peel the onion.
Step 2
In the slow cooker pot, add bbq sauce & 2 tbsp water. Use a grater to grate the onion into the pot. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add in the chicken breasts. Season generously with salt & pepper. Stir to combine & coat the chicken with the sauce.
Step 4
Cover & cook on HIGH for 2 hrs or LOW for 4 hrs.
Step 5
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix & coleslaw dressing. Refrigerate until serving.
Step 6
After 2 hrs, uncover & transfer the cooked chicken to a plate. Reserve the sauce in the pot. Carefully shred the chicken using two forks.
Step 7
In a bowl, combine a 1/2 cup of reserved sauce with shredded chicken. Adding more sauce as needed.
Step 8
On a toasted bun, add shredded BBQ chicken, coleslaw & pickles (optional). Enjoy!
