recipe

Pasta (manicotti)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the manicotti & cook until al dente, about 7-8 min.

Curly parsley (fresh)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & chop the parsley (optional).

Ricotta cheese
Parmesan (grated)
Egg

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, chopped parsley (optional) & egg. Season with salt, pepper & any additional seasonings, we suggest garlic powder & onion powder! Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Add the ricotta mixture to a zip-top bag. Seal the bag & push the mixture to one corner of the bag. Snip the corner of the bag to create a 1/2 inch hole.

Step 5

Drain the pasta. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a baking dish. Add the manicotti into the dish. Fill each manicotti with the ricotta mixture & place them back in the dish.

Marinara sauce
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 6

Top the stuffed manicotti with the marinara sauce & shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 min at 375ºF until the cheese is melted & bubbly.

Step 7

Top with additional chopped parsley if you have any. Serve & enjoy!
