Sweet potato

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel the sweet potatoes & cut them into small cubes.

Red onion

Step 2

Peel & cut the red onion into quarters.

Step 3

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the sweet potatoes & red onion. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & any other spices of your choosing! Toss everything together.

Italian pork sausage links (sweet)

Step 4

Arrange the sausages on the sheet tray. Add another drizzle of olive oil & season with salt & pepper. Roast for 15 min.

Green beans (frozen)

Step 5

Remove the tray from of the oven. Add the green beans & flip the sausages. Roast for an additional for 15 min or until the sausages are fully cooked & veggies are softened.

Sour cream
Whole grain mustard

Step 6

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream & whole-grain mustard.

Step 7

Serve the sausages & veggies with the mustard sauce & enjoy!
