Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & trim the radishes. Slice them in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Place the radishes on a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper, thyme (optional), a drizzle of olive oil & honey. Mix it all together.
Step 3
Roast for 10 min, or until the radishes are golden & tender.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Spread the yogurt sauce over a serving plate.
Step 5
Arrange the roasted radishes over top. Garnish with lemon zest & a drizzle of oil. Enjoy!
