Preheat the oven to 350°F. Peel, core & slice the pear into wedges.
Place the pear wedges in a baking dish. Squeeze the lemon juice over top. Arrange a few fresh lemon peels over the pears. Drizzle with honey. Then add the butter & a pinch of salt. Stir & bake for 30 min at 350°F.
Remove from the oven. Serve the pears over Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with sliced almonds & an extra drizzle of honey. Yum!
