Banana
Rolled oats
Egg
Baking powder
Vanilla extract
Sugar (granulated)

Step 1

Add the oats, baking powder, vanilla (optional), sugar, chopped bananas, eggs & a pinch of salt to a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Blend to combine. Add about 0.25 cup of water (per serving) to thin the batter. Set the batter aside for 3-5 min.

Step 3

Heat a dab of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add a ladleful of batter to the skillet. Cook the pancake for 2-3 min on each side. Then remove from the skillet & keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, oiling the skillet as needed.

Serve with maple syrup & more banana slices (optional). Enjoy!
