Yellow onion

Step 1

Peel & small dice the onion.

Olive oil
Meatballs (cooked)

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in an even layer. Sear for 1-2 min on all sides. Transfer to a plate.

Wide egg noodles

Step 3

In the same pan, over medium heat, add diced onion. Stir & cook 1-2 min, until translucent. Add broth & noodles. Stir & add the meatballs back in. Cover the pan & simmer for 7-8 min, until the noodles are cooked & the meatballs are warmed through.

Dijon mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Heavy cream

Step 4

Remove the lid & reduce the heat to low. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce & heavy cream. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook for 2-3 min or until the sauce is thick & bubbly.

Step 5

Serve the noodles & meatballs in a bowl topped with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if you have. Enjoy!
