Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge. Sprinkle with the mozzarella & bake for 10 minutes.

Prosciutto

Step 2

Once the crust is golden brown & the cheese is melted, remove from the oven. Top with torn pieces of prosciutto, arugula, a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
