Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Briefly melt the butter in the microwave.

Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened butter & sugar.


Step 3

Crack the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture. Whisk between each addition of egg.

Flour (all-purpose)

Step 4

Gradually mix in the flour.

Baking powder

Step 5

Add the baking powder & mix again.

Step 6

Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 min at 350°F.

Step 7

Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly before removing the cake from the pan. Serve & enjoy!
