Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lay the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 2

Spread the ricotta over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Season with salt & pepper.

Fresh mozzarella ball

Step 3

Top with torn pieces of mozzarella. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 min at 450°F.

Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
