Pizza dough

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 500°F. On a lightly flour-dusted surface, roll out the pizza dough to the size of your cast iron skillet.

Olive oil

Step 2

Heat the skillet on the stovetop over medium heat. Coat the skillet with olive oil, then lay in the dough. Immediately, the dough will begin to cook & bubble up. Cook for 3-4 min, then turn off the heat.

Pizza sauce
Mozzarella (shredded)
Pepperoni (sliced)
Oregano (dried)

Step 3

Spread pizza sauce over the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni & dried oregano. Bake in the oven at 500°F for 12-15 min, until the cheese is melted & bubbly. Use the broiler setting for the final two minutes for a well-done finish!

Hot sauce

Step 4

While the pizza bakes, mix together honey & hot sauce in a small bowl.

Step 5

Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle the hot honey on top, slice & serve!
