Tomato
Garlic
Oregano (dried)
Sugar (granulated)

Step 1

Wash & roughly chop the tomato. In a food processor or blender, combine the tomato, garlic, oregano, sugar & a drizzle of olive oil. Season generously with salt & pepper. Blend to purée.

Basil (fresh)

Step 2

Chop the fresh basil.

Pasta (pappardelle)

Step 3

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta.

Parmesan
Basil (fresh)

Step 4

Add the pasta & sauce to a serving bowl. Mix to combine. Garnish with grated parmesan, chopped basil & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mangia!
