Rolled oats
Chia seeds
Milk (whole)
Maple syrup

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, milk & maple syrup. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 2

Just before serving the overnight oats, break the chocolate into pieces, add to a microwave-safe bowl & microwave at 20-sec intervals, stirring between each burst until the chocolate is smooth & melted.

Raspberries (frozen)

Step 3

Add the raspberries to a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 min, until the berries are defrosted & jammy. Stir & crush the berries with a wooden spoon as they cook.

Step 5

Pour the melted chocolate in a thin layer over the raspberries. Leave to cool for 10 min so that the chocolate hardens. Serve & enjoy!
