Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Pat the chicken dry. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil glistens, add the chicken. Season with salt & pepper. Pan fry for 3-5 min, or until nice & crispy.

Corn starch
Soy sauce
Orange
Garlic
Olive oil

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the juice & zest from the orange, soy sauce, olive oil, crushed garlic & corn starch. Whisk it all together.

Step 4

Reduce the heat of the pan to medium-low. Pour in the orange-soy sauce. Cook the chicken for 1-2 min, stirring as the sauce thickens.

Step 5

Serve the orange chicken alongside a fluffy bed of rice. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
