Chicken sausage (pre-cooked)

Step 1

Slice the chicken sausage.

Sun-dried tomatoes

Step 2

Thinly slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken sausage. Stir & cook until brown on all sides, about 2-3 min. Transfer to a plate.

Pasta (orzo)

Step 4

In the same heated pan, add orzo & 1/2 a cup of water per serving. Stir & season with salt. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until most of the water is absorbed, about 6 min.

Spinach (fresh)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Pesto

Step 5

Add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes & pesto. Cook, stirring until the spinach is wilted & the liquid is absorbed, about 2-3 min.

Chicken sausage (pre-cooked)
Parmesan (grated)

Step 6

Add grated parmesan & the heated chicken sausage to the pan. Stir to combine.

Step 7

Serve in a bowl with extra grated parmesan cheese on top! Enjoy!
