Stovetop, Frying pan, Fine-mesh sieve

Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Melt the butter in a microwave or saucepan.

Egg

Step 2

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl.

Flour (all-purpose)

Little by little, whisk the flour into the eggs.

Milk (whole)

Step 4

Little by little, whisk the milk into the batter. Add extra milk if you like your crêpes super thin & light!

Butter (unsalted)

Step 5

Whisk the melted butter into the batter.

Step 6

Pour the batter through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl (to remove any lumps).

Step 7

Grease a shallow frying pan or crêpe pan. Place it over medium heat.

Step 8

Add a thin layer of batter to the pan, shaking the pan as you pour. Be sure the batter evenly coats the bottom of the pan. Let it cook for 1–2 min. Flip over the crêpe with a spatula. Cook for 1 min, or until lightly golden.

Step 9

Remove from heat. Repeat with the remaining batter. Be sure to grease the pan between each crêpe!

Step 10

Serve with your favorite sweet or savory filling. Enjoy!
