Step 1
Wash & slice the cucumber into rounds.

Step 2
Cut the avocado in half. Discard the pit & skin. Dice the flesh.
Step 3
In a bowl, add the avocado. Mash it with a fork. Season to taste.



Step 4
Prepare the sardine dip. In a second bowl, add: the sardines, cream cheese & lemon juice. Mash everything with a fork. Season to taste.

Step 5
Toast the slices of bread, then spread the mashed avocado onto one of the bread slices. Arrange the cucumber slices on top & spread the sardine dip onto the other slice of bread.

Step 6
Close the cucumber & sardine dip sandwich. Slice it in half, if you wish & serve it with a side of lettuce dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
