Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper. Add the chicken tenders & heat through according to package directions, about 12-15 min.

Meanwhile, peel & chop the red onion.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit & cut into quarters. Peel off the skin & thinly slice the avocado.
Step 4
Wash & thinly slice the celery.
Step 5
Wash & cut the romaine lettuce into small pieces.
Step 6
Remove the chicken tenders from the oven. Add them to a dish & pour the buffalo sauce on top. Toss the chicken in the sauce to coat completely.
Step 7
Assemble the salad: add the lettuce to a dish & top with the saucy chicken. Garnish the salad with sliced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, chopped red onion & chopped celery.
Step 8
Dress the salad with the blue cheese dressing. Serve & enjoy!
