recipe

Sugar (granulated)
Cinnamon (ground)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine sugar & cinnamon.

Flour tortilla (large)

Step 2

Evenly stack the tortillas on a cutting board. Cut into equal triangles (like a pizza).

Butter (unsalted)

Step 3

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 20-30 sec. Add the cut tortillas to the bowl & toss to evenly coat.

Step 4

Add the cinnamon-sugar mix. Cover the bowl with cling wrap & shake it up to evenly coat.

Step 5

On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the coated chips in one even layer. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 min until crispy & golden. (Keep a close eye on the oven! Chips may cook up quickly!)

Heavy cream
Chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Step 6

As the chips bake, make the chocolate dip. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips & heavy cream. Heat in the microwave for 15 sec increments, mixing in between, until fully melted. Sprinkle on a pinch of flaky sea salt, if desired!

Step 7

Remove the crispy chips from the oven & serve with chocolate dip. Enjoy!
