Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Dice the chicken. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, stirring, for 4-5 minutes, or until golden. Add the Tikka Masala sauce & water (if needed). Reduce the heat & simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Step 3

Serve the saucy chicken over rice. Garnish with cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
