Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Dice the chicken. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken. Cook, stirring for 2-3 min. Pour in the Tikka Masala sauce. Add a splash of water (if needed). Stir it all together. Reduce the heat to low, cover & simmer for 5-7 min.
Serve the saucy chicken over fluffy rice. Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
