Stir fry noodles (egg)

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain & set aside.

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 2

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.

Bell pepper (red)

Step 3

Wash the pepper & remove the seeds. Slice the peppers.

Step 4

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli & bell peppers.

Garlic
Ginger (fresh)

Step 5

Add the minced garlic & ginger. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 6

Add a splash of water. Stir it all together. Cover & let the veggies steam for 1-2 min.

Chicken breast
Soy sauce

Step 7

Cut the chicken into pieces. Add the chicken & soy sauce to the pan. Stir fry for 5 min, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir fry noodles (egg)

Step 8

Add the noodles & stir.

Sesame seeds
Sesame oil

Step 9

Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with a drizzle of sesame oil & a sprinkle of sesame seeds. (optional). Enjoy!
