Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside.
Wash the tomatoes. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil. When hot, add the cherry tomatoes.
Add minced or crushed garlic to the pan. Stir & cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add the drained pasta to the pan. Mix to combine with the tomatoes & garlic. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from heat.
Garnish with grated parmesan & fresh basil. Drizzle a little more olive oil over top. Mangia!
