Pasta (elbow macaroni)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & pour it into a greased baking dish.

Ham (deli slices)
Gruyère cheese (shredded)
Sour cream

Step 2

Season generously with salt & pepper. Add the sour cream & most of the shredded cheese. Top with chopped or torn pieces of ham. Stir it all together.

Step 3

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Season with salt & pepper. Top with a final drizzle of olive oil. Cover & bake for 15-20 min at 425°F. For a crispier topping, briefly broil uncovered at the end. Enjoy!
