Open the recipe in the appStovetop, Frying pan, Knife
Step 1
Peel the bananas & cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Heat the butter & honey in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir until the mixture browns & caramelizes, or about 2 min.
Step 3
Add the bananas. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, basting with the caramel.
Step 4
Sprinkle the walnuts into the pan. Mix the walnuts into the caramel.
Step 5
Serve the caramelized bananas & walnuts warm. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

My only complaint is that when I cook this, my bananas get soggy and don’t stay crisp like the ones look in the video. Still tastes AMAZING though. The flavors of this dessert just mesh so well! Great for the sweet tooth craving after dinner. • last year
