Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add rinsed & drained chickpeas. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to coat for 1 min.
Step 2
Pour in buffalo sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Cook, stirring for 3-4 more min, until the sauce thickens & chickpeas begin to brown. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Heat the spinach wrap in the microwave or on a pan for 15 seconds to soften. Assemble the wrap with a layer of lettuce, carrots, buffalo chickpeas & blue cheese (optional). Wrap it up & enjoy!
