Yellow onion

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Peel, halve & slice the onion.

Beef (skirt steak)

Step 2

Cut the steak into strips.

Bell pepper (assorted)

Step 3

Wash the peppers & remove the seeds. Then slice the peppers. (Use yellow, red & green peppers for more festive color!)

Step 4

Add the peppers, onions & steak to a parchment-lined baking tray. Season with cumin, salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix it all together.

Step 5

Bake for 15-25 min at 375°F, or until the meat & veggies are cooked to your liking.

Cilantro (fresh)
Flour tortilla (medium)

Step 6

Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Season with salt & pepper. Build your own steak fajitas with the warm flour tortillas. Enjoy!
