Jasmine rice

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Green onion (scallions)

Step 2

Rinse & thinly slice the scallion.

Stir-fry veggie medley (frozen)

Step 3

Add frozen veggies & a splash of water to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Stir & cover. Cook the veggies for 4-5 min, or until defrosted.

Neutral oil
Chili garlic sauce
Soy sauce

Step 4

Uncover & add soy sauce, oil & chili garlic sauce. Mix it all together. Stir-fry the veggies for 3-4 min.

Jasmine rice

Step 5

Fluff the cooked rice with a fork.

Green onion (scallions)

Step 6

Serve the stir-fried veggies over a fluffy bed of rice. Garnish with scallions & enjoy!
